清萊鐘樓Chiang Rai Clock Tower 是由由泰國藝術家Chalermchai Khositpipat設計，鐘樓的設計本身就是件藝術品加上是清萊重要的景點之一。
經過詳細的資料查詢後發現，泰國藝術家Chalermchai Khositpipat 除了是 清萊鐘樓Chiang Rai Clock Tower 的設計者以外，也是 白廟(白龍寺)Wat Rong Khun White Temple 的創作者。
所以 清萊鐘樓 在造行上也再次顯示出與白廟(白龍寺) 相同獨特的建築風格。
清萊鐘樓Chiang Rai Clock Tower 鍵在位置也是位於清萊中心，圓環迴旋處；白天具有金光閃亮鮮明的特色，夜晚時為鐘樓所設置的照明，更顯別出意義!!!
這次前來鐘樓的時間剛好是PM09:00， 清萊鐘樓 會在固定的晚上7點、8點、9點，固定的響起音樂聲音，並伴隨著不同的燈光，其顏色從金色到粉紅色再到綠色不斷的變化，構成了超現實的夜間場景。
